Clédor is not just another address—it never was. It is the arrival of your soul into a majestic, dreamy corner of the world, yet it lies in the heart of Mazgaon that holds the Arabian Sea on one side and the city’s most iconic skyline on the other. And behind its vision are Dina and Mahmoud of 3MD Studio from Dubai—the creative minds who mapped every detail before the first stone was laid. The elegant exterior of the project reflects the warmth of the lives being built inside—it reshapes how you see the city.
Dina and Mahmoud got an idea from the name itself: Cledor, meaning the “golden key“. They wanted it to stand for a fresh start and the idea of unlocking a better way of living—an experience that is both dynamic and luxurious. For them, the name is really about opening doors to new opportunities and starting a new chapter for everyone moving in.
The design is really meant for people who have traveled or lived in places like Dubai, Europe, and other major global hubs. The idea was to bring that same international standard and sophistication here, blending a global lifestyle with the local context. The final goal is to give residents an environment that feels world-class and familiar to anyone used to the best destinations in the world.
M4 Group carried a vision that was anything but ordinary—to bring the world to your doorstep. And for the execution, they turned to 3MD Studio—anchored in Dubai, where European design standards are not an aspiration but a baseline. Dina and Mahmoud brought the full force of their craft to Clédor—space planning, mood boards, created exclusively for this address all conceive. Every render, every interior detail, every elevated concept—Crafted in Dubai, rising in Mumbai.
Dina, leading the project as Managing Partner, Lead Architect, and Interior Designer, describes the amenity floor as the core of Cledor. Rather than just a collection of rooms, she designed it as a single lifestyle zone where you can move easily between the gym, the game area, and the spa. One of the best practical features she included is the layout: you can see the kids’ play area directly from the gym. It’s a small detail, but it means parents can actually get a workout in while keeping an eye on their children.
The terrace is where the lifestyle really comes together. Hence, it is the crown of Cledor. Dina and the 3D team planned it out to include an infinity pool, a kids’ pool, and an open to sky cinema, along with a BBQ and banquet space for hosting events. The main draw is definitely the view from the infinity pool—it looks straight out over the sea, giving the whole space a high-end resort vibe rather than just a standard apartment terrace.
